Dr. Andy Goesel, DC, CME is a FMCSA-certified medical examiner who provides professional, driver-friendly CDL DOT medical exams. Appointments are straightforward, and drivers are asked to bring their current Driver’s License, a current medication list, glasses or hearing aids if applicable, and any relevant medical documentation (including a CPAP compliance log when needed). Pre-booking online is the easiest and most affordable option.
The standard office fee is $129. Save $30 by pre-booking online or calling ahead for a discounted rate of just $99. Same-day appointments are often available when you call at least two hours in advance. Please note that unexpected walk-ins cannot be guaranteed, as Dr. Andy may not be in the office at the moment you arrive. Mobile and on-site DOT Physicals are also available for businesses, fleets, and groups at $129 (the pre-booking discount does not apply to mobile services).
