DO NOT forget to take prescribed blood pressure medication AS PRESCRIBED by your Primary Health Care Provider. Questions concerning medication or changes to medication should be directed to the healthcare professional who prescribes it.
Also avoid excessive caffeine, coffee, tea, or energy drinks for several hours before your scheduled DOT Physical if they tend to increase your blood pressure.
